This year's fair is July 12-18 with the pageant on July 18 at 1p.m. in the auditorium at Kaskaskia College.
The anticipation is building as the Miss Clinton County Fair Pageant proudly announces the 11 remarkable candidates who will compete for the prestigious title of Miss Clinton County Fair 2026.
The crowning ceremony will take place on July 18 at the culmination of the 2026 Clinton County Fair, with the pageant set to begin at 1 p.m. in the auditorium at Kaskaskia College.
Miss Clinton County Fair 2025 Amanda Brink is excited for this year's group of candidates.
This year's candidates are a dynamic group of young women who exemplify passion, talent, and commitment to their communities. Each contestant has worked diligently to prepare for this moment, showcasing their unique qualities and aspirations.
The candidates are:
- Drew Drummond of Keyesport — a graduate of Carlyle High School and attends Kaskaskia College
- April Wilken of Germantown — a graduate of Breese Central High School and attends University of Missouri, Columbia
- Carissa Litteken of Aviston — a graduate of Mater Dei High School and attends Kaskaskia College
- Daisy Brammeier of Carlyle — a graduate of Carlyle High School and attends Kaskaskia College
- Isabelle Gilomen of Damiansville — a graduate of Breese Central High School and attends Murray State University
- Makenna Reckling of Carlyle — a graduate of Carlyle High School and attends Greenville University
- Jacie Persing of Carlyle — a graduate of Carlyle High School and attends McKendree University
- Karleigh Twitchell of Carlyle — a graduate of Carlyle High School and attends Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville
- Samantha Heinzmann of Carlyle — a graduate of Carlyle High School and attends Kaskaskia College
- Makenna Budde of Damiansville — a graduate of Breese Central High School and attends Greenville University
- Kylie Detmer of Aviston — a graduate of Breese Central High School and attends Maryville University
The Miss Clinton County Fair Pageant is more than just a beauty competition; it is a celebration of talent, intelligence, and community service. Each contestant will showcase their unique skills and personal platforms through various segments, including the interview, speech and evening gown portions of the event.
This year’s pageant — celebrating 75 years of tradition — promises to be an inspiring event filled with heartfelt stories and stunning performances. The candidates will have the opportunity to share their visions for the future and how they plan to make a positive impact on the Clinton County community.
The event will be judged by a distinguished panel that will evaluate the contestants based on their character, commitment to service, and overall presentation. The winner will receive a scholarship, the opportunity to represent Clinton County at the state level, and a chance to be a role model for young women in the area.
